We ship five days per week, excluding holidays. Most orders ship by the next business day of being received through our system. Additional delays may occur when multiple orders are placed, changes to the order are requested, or non-standard payment methods are utilized.
We use USPS for most orders. According to the USPS website, they are experiencing
unprecedented volumes and shortages of personnel due to the pandemic. You may experience delays in receiving your package that are beyond our control. Please go to USPS.com and UPS for additional information or to track your package.
We ship to most countries however the list of countries is subject to change. If your country does not appear automatically, we most likely are not able to ship at this time.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience shipment delays that are beyond our control either due to the shipping carrier or
customs in your country. For this reason, we will not give refunds for delayed shipments unless it is more than 16 weeks late.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs or at the residence.
To help avoid delays, we suggest you consider using a US packaging forwarder like myus.com.
Q Beauty will provide a refund of the purchased product price upon request within 10 days of order delivery. Q Beauty may require the return of the product prior to processing the refund. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
